I thought that branding was the most important resource. Branding is the foundation of a company and what they stand for and what they promote to their customers. Creating a brand, more importantly a recognizable brand is hard to do. With the right team, a brand can be brought to life. This will make it possible for your business can flourish. Companies are consistently discussing their brand and brand awareness which is why I find it most important.

  1. I think each of your 10 advantages are well detailed and thought out. I especially like rare, branding, and experience. I would also include that this technology is advantageous to large corporations. People like apple and samsung will like this idea as they are trying to promote bluetooth headphones, and this may be one of the reasons keeping people from switching! This can be used to your advantage.

  2. Hey Rachel, great job on this list ! We share some of the same advantages but some that i found to be very advantageous were branding, and the location- airplanes. How you brand a product and the overall package and aesthetic of it is crucial. Sometimes a consumer will just buy something because of how it is packaged and branded. That is a very important aspect and i'm glad you mentioned it in this list.
